Wonder Lake Police Department

Wonder Lake police department arrested me at 2:30 a.m. while I went to mail a letter. There was no reason for him to pull me over except for the fact - Wonder Lake is 97.1 percent white and I happen to be Hispanic and white. Apparently I was not the right shade of color for W.L.P.D.

When I asked what I was puled over for the officer stated Illegal Lane usage. Which was a lie, I never deviated from my straight path. All of my lights were working, damn I actually passed the police twice. I feel that I have been racially profiled. Now the officer will never admit that, although once in cuffs he stated the real reason I was pulled over was because my wife's license is suspended, so why then am I charged with Illegal lane usage, obstruction of justice (I asked for a Sergeant or a supervisor because I could not believe I was pulled over. I did nothing wrong), well accept for being brown skinned and driving a little beater - but a legal beater. I still have yet to go to court on this case. But I will post any new news A.S.A.P.
