Federal Housing Finance Board

I NEED HELP! Are you affiliated with Federal Housing in each State and County? My daughter was approved, was told where she would he living, asked if she would need anything installed in bathroom for help, which she did. She got a letter in the mail after this stating she needed a paper and was immediately taken off the waiting list. Please let me know what we should do. You CANNOT get thru via phone or visit to the Stark County, OH office and the have never returned any calls. I have heart problems and severe depression problems.....my daughter has to have her own place...she has been with me going in to the sixth year and my health will not take it anymore.
