Danny arrived about 10mn after I called in, was quick, professional and cordial. He explained everything and gave me the pricing upfront. Plumbing never really comes cheap but it was reasonable, I'll use their service if needed

Fast response for a kitchen sink leak on a Saturday. Alex also discovered my water pressure gauge was shot, possibly averting a bursted pipe disaster.

Shellback is my new plumbing company now and I'll ask for Alex again next time.

Corey and his helper showed up early, were extremely professional, clean, and efficient. They installed two new large faucets and a garbage disposal in our kitchen in record time no fuss no muss. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and professionalism! Corey was attentive and followed up with us as we noticed a minor leak in the days following. He addressed it and said he would gladly come back anytime should any other problems arise. A dedicated young man and genuinely cares about his work. This is the type of company and employees I would recommend for a plumbing job.

Shellback Plumbing sent Corey W to help us with our pilot light on our water heater. It turned out to be a little more than lighting our water heater... he had to replace our 9 year old water heater all alone and he brought us up to code with the new water heater and strapped it to the building. He was very polite, knowledgeable and worked quickly - in no time we had hot water again! We will definitely call for Corey again.

I have had Shellback Plumbing do four jobs at my home as they have become my "go to" plumbers. They are professional on the phone and always willing to give a free estimate. They have stayed true to the time windows provided and contact me ahead of time with an estimated arrival time. The plumbers who have come to my house have always been courteous and efficient. They take the time to explain what they need to do, have offered options when appropriate, carry many supplies with them and are always willing to answer all my questions in detail. We just had Byron move a gas line behind a new stove. He was kind, very detailed-oriented and meticulous about both the work that he did and about cleaning up after the work was complete.

I was on active duty military orders when my family at home experienced a major water leak . I contacted Shellback Plumbing & had a appointment set up with-in minuets that fit into my family’s very busy life with 3 kids , work , school & of course my military time. Alex arrived at the house as promised and while I was away I received a text message that he was on his way. The heads up was great, when I realized the issue was being addressed I could concentrate on my job. The leak was fixed in a timely manner and the cost was very reasonable. I did not give any notice of me being away on active duty orders to Shellback . The way Alex put my family at ease not knowing I was away was very much appreciated! Alex was very friendly & professional, even played with my dogs . Bottom line it’s a great company and I highly recommed them for all of your Plumbing needs, emergency or otherwise .

The technician arrived and was courteous and knowledgeable about what was happening with my kitchen drain. The situation took less than 30 minutes to resolve. Very happy with their service. Would recommend again.
