First Security Mortgage

i would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason. i cannot believe i have lived to be this old and be so gullible. i have been dealing with donny and tony (the receptionist says they are the owning partners) whatever. i only know that what they were supposedly going to help me prevent is now happening to me. i gave them every nicle i could raise, beg borrow or steal so that they could help me to get aa loan modification on my mortgage. they seem to have taken my money and ran. they claimed to have a written guarentee that if they were unable to do that, they would return all but a small service fee, however, when it came down to returning my money they don't even know me. they;told me i would hve my money in 3 days, it been over three weeks and i am still waiting. i call everyday after the mail comes (without my money) they don't, or won't answer my calls (i am sure they screen them and recognize mine and don't pick up) i leave message after message after message, and they will not even return my calls. i also faxed my request for the return of my money and still nothing. so needless to say, i am now not only minus the money i sent them and their written guarantee, i am now on the verge of losing my home. i only checked one star because this program wouldn't let me go any further unless i did, as far as i am concerned zero stars are too many for these low life, that take advantage of disabled veteran who only wanted help keeping a roof over her head. real nice people huh

The person that I worked with through this company was rude, and a scam artist. They will run and run your credit until you do not have any left. I am talking about one person from this company a (loan ofiicer)!!! Please if you want to get money go directly to the bank. Not through a Broker. This particular person will be reported to the BBB and the Federal goverment for their lies.
