Trenton Laser Center

After closure in 2009, The Trenton Laser Center has reopened as of March 2011. We are now operated by our on staff nurse, Gayle Mcmurdo. We are fully committed to professionalism and excellent patient care. Our office is a friendly and inviting environment with a spa like feel to welcome you to experience the rejuvenation you are looking for. We offer some evening hours as well as Saturday appointment availability.

I was 18 when I started going here for laser hair removal. I had really really bad underarm hair and a really thick mustache. When I began treatment, I signed up for package deals where I paid so much money and they did the treatment until the hair was gone. They also said the hair would stay gone forever. During treatment time I decided to start having my stomach done and my chin/neck area. After about two years of going through this, one day when I went in for treatment they told me I only had a couple of times left before I had to start paying separate for each one. This was a bunch of crap because we were told that if we paid the money up front they would do it until the hair was gone. They also now said that they hair does not stay gone forever, only for about 5-7 years. Where was this information before they took our money? Funny how it backfired on them and my hair wasn't disappearing so they changed the deal. We were stupid and took their word on it when we paid for the package and never had anything in writing so there was nothing we could do about it. They were very shady about the whole thing so we quit going to them.





Also, I went into treatment and the doctor was busy with patients so his wife, Dr. Sandhu, did my treatment for the day. She made a comment on how tan my stomach was and went ahead and did the laser. It hurt even more this day but I just thought that it was because they upped the level. After I was done I had horrible red dots from the laser that turned into burns. I went back in and showed her what she did to me and she did not care at all. She kept telling me it was my fault and that I should not have been in the sun. She is the doctor, shouldn't she have noticed that before she started? I did not even receive so much as an apology from her. She was very rude about the whole situation. Those burns left scars on my stomach for several years.





My advice is to avoid this place at all costs!
