Luxury Nail & Foot Spa

Been there few times. The older ladies did good job on my pedicure. I went twice this week. Once for lip and eyebrow wax. Total rushjob. Tooo too thin. I asked for natural look and been plucking myself to avoid this as it takes months to grow in at 33 yrs old. Missed hairs in my lipline that were black and easily plucked out at home. I dont want to pay 17 to go home and pluck my lip. Plus tip. Second trip was hoping to get gel manicure and pedicure. It was lackluster service. No attention to the callous or skin until I asked her and showed her on my feet that they were still rough spots. I usually ask for one toenail that hurts a bit to be trimmed out. I did ask. It was not and still hurts. Both feet did not match in big toe length or color. One stubby, one too long. Like really ? Polish was super thin one and thick on the other big toe. I asked about this and she barely looked up and slapped another coat on one. Not shiny. Not really like a pedicure youd pay for. I am fully capable of doing my own so to go to a salon and leave feeling like you have to go home and fix it yourself after 2 trips. Unnaceptable. Overall she seemed rushed and bored so I made up something and got out of the gel manicure. Time to try a new place. Really bummed as this is mall and open till later than most salons and conveniant to my busy schedule. I cant spend money here again.
