China Star Restaurant

I ordered my food while I was at work. By the time it arrived to me via a pick up the place was closed ago I couldn't call and have them fix my order. When I called today the lady was extremely rude to me when I explained the problem. I ordered the schezuan beef specifically asked for it to be spicy and it wasn't spicy at all it was sweet. I ordered double beef and didn't receive it and I didn't get my eggroll with my dinner. This isn't the first time my order was wrong but it is the first time I called. She was very rude and refused to replace my order. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here if they are going to hang up on people that are trying to give them a chance to fix orders that were made incorrectly.

My boyfriend and I have loved this place for years! Their delivery is so wicked fast, I do not know how they do it! Excellent food consistently!

DON'T! Ordered the seafood deluxe. Got 1 semi fresh scallop and lobster tail and the veggies looked fresh but it all smelled bad. The rest of my seafood was colored brown and had an odd smell. (like it had previously been in a brown sauce and my dish was white )Many had what looked like bites out of them. The other lobster was in three pieces still not making a whole tail and also looked eaten and spat out. It was appalling! It looked as if my meal was part fresh and part recycled from someones meal! I ate my egg roll, and spit out all the bad seafood. We packed up dinner and went to get out money back. THEY REFUSED! We are out $30.00. I had stomach cramps and explosive diarrhea and and leakage for half the next day! We used to eat here but NEVER AGAIN! The place is dirty and the people are nasty now!

I have been eating with China Star for many years and not once have I been displeased with it's service or food. It's prices are average with the rest around town. Delivery is very quick within Stuart also. I plan on using and recommending this restaurant as I have been.
