I sent a certified mail from my city in Michigan to an address in Springfield. It has tracking so I see the delivery progress.. It got to Champaign the next day, then to Springfield the 3rd day. But it was not delivered until the 5th day. 5 days for 1st class mail to get to the address what takes 3 hrs to drive!!!! If I sent this thru UPS it would have been delivered the next day.

The post office on sangamon has to be one of the worst post offices of man kind. First not 1 but 2 packages have been "delivered" but not too my mail box. Keep it mind it is locked and I have the ONLY key... might I include I have been calling about the 2 packages for 2 days to be told tonight, the carrier said she delivered the packages we know ubrecieved them. Marcus, the worker then peraisted on yelling at me, calling me a liar, and hanging up on me. All because I wanted to know where my 75 dollars worth of stuff went too. I never yelled at him or was rude in any manor. Then when I call back to get his name he refused to give it too me at first and pretty much told me I'm lying and theres nothingbtheyvare going to do as far as my packages.

Just bad i was suppose to get a package today check the mail and my front porch and nothing am getting tired if them not getting my orders on time so from me usps in springfield il are bad
