IHOP

My husband and ate there Wednesday night 11pm 4 customers father and daughter and us had to wait 3 min to be set ted all workes were put front smoking to top it all off we walked right by them, 15 min to take our order and it was absolutely freezing in there to the point we had hard time eating our food, and my omelet had HAM in it witch I pasifacly said I DO NOT WANT HAM, I asked g or BACON, waitress said sorry cooks can't read make me another one 30 min I said no, we took 1/2 of our food home and we both were sick to our stomachs diarrhea and chills could have been becouse so darn cold it had to had been 60 on there becouse 90 felt absolutely great when we went outside. I will never go there again,

The temperature outside was 72 degrees. Inside the restaurant was about 62 degrees, very uncomfortably freezing. Our waitress said she would ask the manager to change the thermostat, but the cold air continued to blow. We waited at least 30 minutes for our food and the place was not busy. We could over hear the manager lady making rude, loud comments that everyone in the dining room could hear. People who came in after us were told it would be a 45 minute wait for their food so they walked out. I couldn't get home quick enough because of stomach pains and explosive diarrhea. The place has gone way downhill.

Now I'm Probaly over looking it but just Incase I'm not it would be nice if you put the opening time on your website
