Traveling through Springfield Illinois on the way to the Harley Museum, when my Road Glide wouldn't start after stopping for fuel. Hall's picked us up, made the repairs to get us on the road again and even cleaned our bike after it was fixed. Thank you Hall's from your newest lifelong customer.

Scratch this place off your list. I found their service department to be incompetent at best. They double charged me from their original quote. When i picked up my bike the gas tank was scratched and i found 6 dents in my new custom air breather. I talked to the manager and he told me that he would go upstairs and try to find a used one that would look better then the damaged one. no apology. or admission to negligence. The parts i purchased their were double the price then what i could get online. This is a no brainer do yourself a favor stay away from Halls

to Hilby, duh they are a Harley stor!
