Let me start by saying the service and priority for customer satisfaction from this vender is over-the-top outstanding!!!



I purchased a remote starter online and had it shipped to me.

As it turned out I ordered the wrong part number the fault was all mine. I contacted Mobile Accessories and right away was told there would be no problem with an exchange. They were located just over two hours away from me but to save time on shipping I made the drive and had the unit installed for me. So now the day after I have a fully functional remote starter! Two other customers came while I was there they went away with there problems solved and happy. The whole time I was treated better than a customer, I was treated like a friend! It is not often that you experience professional service that goes over and above and in this case it just seemed that it was his natural way of doing business. If there was a higher rating I would gladly give it.
