        If I could give it a 0 rating, I would. Didn't show up to pick up my brother who is a cancer patient (and veteran, I might add). I called them and Dot said "Oh, I thought that was tomorrow." No sorry, no nothing. It was an extremely important doctor's appointment. I said "Don't you write things down on a calendar?" She said yes, she had it written down for today but thought it was tomorrow. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable! Don't call them if you want to get some place!

        We have used many cab companies but none like this one. The drivers are very polite and always quick to pick you up and get you where you need to go safely... I recommend Car Cab Transportation to all of my family, friends, and coworkers.
