Capitaland Taxi

You wonder why you only have 1 star on every review. Don't wonder anymore, your service sucks, your drivers suck. You have charged $12 from Schenectady to Glenville for the past 5 years and now you want to randomly charge $15 for the exact same ride and then call the cops when we don't want to pay the same fare that we have for 5 years. The cops can't save your bogus company but keep robbing people and see what bars you'll be waiting behind.

the worst company in the world I think is this one! hard waiting almost around an hour, the taxi comes with a person forward, take the phone and driving at the same time and I was with my baby with three months in the back! Honestly I hate this company

Rude and unreliable. Dispatcher was a woman with the worst attitude ever. Tried them twice with the same results. There will not b a third time.

The absolute worst company ever . First the dispatcher that answers the phone are very rude then twice I called and was told 20 to 25 minutes after waiting an hour and 20 minutes I called back only to be told to just wait longer and hung up on sad to say I would never use them again. Rude and Unreliable should be the name of company.

Do Not EVER use Capital Land! They NEVER show up on time, they made me late for work numerous times and the cabs are FILTHY. The dispatcher "Scott" is rude and nasty. He hangs up on people when they call wondering where the cab is...Do yourself a favor and use a different service. Capital Land SUCKS!

Unreliable, Dirty, Rude, Unsafe Cars. Meters not used. Credit Cards Not accepted.

I just witnessed a taxi pass me at ~50 mph in the turn lane in the 20mph zone on Union Street, while I was going almost 30! Someone was killed last year because of driving like that. Completely dispicable for someone who is supposed to be a professional driver.

I never call this people again. Terrible business

I nearly missed prom because of them. See my dad got stuck at work so i called about 3 hours in advance and they said "Ok, we'll be there" and then 30 minutes AFTER they said they were going to come the guy tells me there are "30 calls ahead of me" garbage.

Customer service is very worst.they spoke very rudely.customer service told me 13 dollar from central avenue Schenectady to niskayuna.And driver charge me 30 dollar.when i complained for it customer service lady told me call the police.Please do not use this car service.

Tried to call for a cab this past Saturday at 10 pm from a restaurant to my hotel only to be hung up on after I was to no and that they were busy! Called back and was hung up on again. Guess what there are other cab companies and I will never use capitaland again

Capitaland Taxi: Where the English is bad and the driving is worse!

No matter how true of a customer you are, they will treat you like dirt. I showed up late to work multiple times leaving them with 30 minutes to pick me up, watching other capitaland taxis pass me by, and calling to ask how much longer the wait would be. The knew who I was after a while, and my calling seemed to be some joke to them. I never was angry at the drivers, the dispatcher was rude.

Since I don't have a car, like most people when I cannot get to work by bus I rely on taxi services. Capitaland used to be reliable. Now it seems like they do not care about their customers because they feel they're indispensable. Yesterday I called at 7:36am and put in a time call for 8am. With my experiences 30 minutes to 1hr being the most is all they need for a time call. 8am comes no taxi so I call back. The dispatcher said the driver was around the corner so i waited 5 more minutes, still no cab. I called back again this time the dispatcher said he would be there in 2 minutes. I was not happy he was late but I did not have to clock into work until 8:30 so I was patient. Now I called back at 8:10 and he told me to ask the driver where he was, because he had given him the location at 7:30. Then I called again at 8:15. The driver did not show up until 8:17 and I saw him trying to read a city map. If I knew that capitaland would send a driver that did not know where he was heading I would not have called another company. Which maybe I should of because of him I arrived 20 minutes late to work and he demanded I pay full fare. I will call them to let them know but I will definitely not be using them again. They are unprofessional and refuse to take responsibility. appalled

i am a loyal customer to capitaland, but the other day i called for a taxi for my son and they had him waiting over an hour, then every time i called back they hung up on me. Then the dispatcher told me oh well. Needless to say i called a different taxi, and i will never use capitaland taxi again.
