Burrow Escrow

My first time buying a home first time threw the process. I did some homework on the process but none on the company. They have horrible customer service. They sent out a nice letter that said "Any question please call more than happy to help answer them." Well I did call their answer the first time call your agent, the second call your loaner, and the third we are not there we will call you when we are ready. They failed to close on the date they stated a week later the keep playing the blame game and we still have not closed. It is a nightmare. I have lost sleep weight and patience in dealing with them. If you have a choice be smart and use a different company!!!! They don't seem to have their head in place and have little knowledge of what is going on.

This is coming from a banker with 9 years experience and also a first time home buyer. I have personally handled numerus customers for both consumer and business. I have encountered many escrow companies and have NEVER experienced any companies as incompetent as Burrow Escrow. This escrow company has turned my first time home buyer experience into a nightmare. The staff of Burrow Escrow are inexperience, incompetent, lack of knowledge and unresponsive. They should change their name from "Burrow Escrow" to "Burrow Circus" I highly recommend you NOT to give any more business to this company. If you are someone who has too much money and enjoy babysitting adults, then Burrow Escrow would be the right choice for you.

I'm a loan officer at a major financial corporation with over 10 years of experience and I have done numerous transactions involving commerical and consumer real estate. This is the first escrow company that fail to meet the closing deadline as well as an extra week of extention. They were unresponsive, incompetent, unreliable, and irresponsible. In fact, they will not even let you leave a message for the escrow officer. I would not recommend this escrow company to anybody. They don't even deserve a star!

This comes from an agent with over 300 transaction experience as an escrow coordinator. Burrow Escrow was argumentative, did not communicate, did not meet deadlines, and failed to supply a professional escrow service. There are several other escrow services that would be a much better choice.
