i have insurance. i can go anywhere and i was told that i cannot get 2 annual free cleanings a year and that it would cost 248 dollars for my three sons and i. i called my insurance to ask why and i was told that I AM supposed get a bi annual cleanings free and that i am going to a dentist that is charging me. they made up to 11k+ off of my family since 2oo6. now i go to any dentist i want to and get those bi annual cleanings FREE. my old dentist actually called my cell and my husbands sounding quite desperate after i cancelled and told the receptionist why i am leaving. YOU CHARGE TOO MUCH and you were charging me for things that should not of been. it was weird that that he called on 3 different phones trying to get a hold of me ""To remind me that we have cleanings due" no kidding i made the appts and cancelled 1 day prior. so transparent. the job was good and no pain really, but TOTAL B.S. with charging money.
