My sewage line was backing up over New Years weekend so I called Mr Rooter back. They were there in less than an hour and quickly found the palm tree roots blocking my sewer line. In minutes the pipes were flowing well. I was happy with the job at that point, but he stayed another 10-15 minutes making sure that there were no other partial blocks anywhere in the pipes ("as long as I am here and set up to do this...") We had a major sewer line problem and we live in an 80 year old house on a hill in Los Feliz. Instead of digging trenches and tearing up the original brick patio and backyard, Mr. Rooter used a new technology to access the pipe and shoot coating through it to repair the problem and prevent it from failing again. they gave a 50 year warrantee (no that's not a typo) yes fifty years. this team really knows everything about plimbing and take the time to explain things.
