Dr. Jessica Yvette Hackman, MD, DMD

Was scheduled to see Hackman to have a procedure. The office had not made clear the charges I would be responsible for. It was shocked, however after the situation was explained I agreed to the costs. At that point I was told my appointment would need to be rescheduled. I said that would not work for me. I was then told I would not be seen until I went to another dentist and got a second opinion. Then I was refused service completely. I am in severe pain and have been looking forward to getting this procedure over with. I never raised my voice, used fowl language or was disrespectful to anyone at anytime. Hackman refused service to me because I questioned why the entire cost had not been made clear to me. The way I was treated was unwarranted and out right cruel. It is unacceptable to refuse service to a patient in severe pain for simply questioning the cost of a procedure. If you are looking for an entitled, pretentious HACK then she is your person!! #hackmanthehack
