The Carpet Barn

Nothing about the Carpet Barn was satisfactory, I would pay three times the amount before I would buy anything from them. The worst customer service i have experienced !!!

I called the Carpet Barn and spoke to Ross. I explained to him exactly what I wanted, and that I needed to set up a commercial estimate. He started to question me on my color choice and basically told me without knowing my situation in my office that I wasn't thinking straight. He continued to inform me that I needed to come in and pick something before he would set up an estimate, which was fine. I went to their facility and asked for Ross. He has got to be the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I reluctantly looked at what he had because his prices are great, but that would be the ONLY reason I would have considered using him. He talked to me like I was the dumbest dog on the planet. I think I will pay more just to be treated like a valued customer.
