Lowest rating. Took 3 tries to get through to a person on the phone. Took my new mower in. Just used once and wouldn't start. The oil read looked higher to me than it was. The employee said there was "no oil in it" which was incorrect. Said it was then not under warranty. Wouldn't look at it. Said it was basically junk. Buy a new one for same cost as motor replacement. Had to load it back into my vehicle with my 10 year old daughter helping - a difficult task, while others watched. Nice. A more mechanical friend put more oil in it and cranked the blade with a wrench a few times. The mower has worked fine since. Rude service. Brash. Don't seem to care. Such an easy fix, too. Wouldn't go there again!
