Focus On Eyes

You have to go there. I finally have a pair of glasses that I love. The staff is wonderful at finding you that great pair of glasses, and the Doctor is so patient with you. She gave me the best exam I have ever had. It does however take sometime for the exam. I believe this is because she is so thorough. It was a refreshing experience to have a Doctor listen to me and not just pop me in and out.

Very awful experience. The receptionist is very difficult to understand and they are not very friendly. The doctor is 'strange'. The appointments take a very long time, due to what seems like very unnecessary procedures. I have never experienced such long appointments in 30 years of going to an eye doctor. These are not "thorough" exams, as most of the time the doctor is staring at the papers, pretending to write. If you want to have your patience tested along with your eyes, than this is the place for you! Very frustrating experience.

I got a very good fitting and glasses were perfect. The staff listened and I was very pleased, do not go in there in a hurry, they are very thourgh.

I would not recommend this eye doctor. Every step of the process was too much work. They did not understand my insurance and would not listen to the simple explanation of a discount plan versus insurance. It took weeks to receive my new eye glass lenses. They sent me home with a contact solution that really irritated my eyes. I have used all kinds from the store, so I have no idea what was wrong with theirs. They now refuse to release my contact lense prescription to me because they say I did not complete the process in time. Their process involves several fitting sessions and then the above problems will repeat. The staff, one in particular, is rude and impossible to understand. I have spoke to her several times and still don't know her name because she mumbles it. There are lots of great doctors in DFW, so don't waste your time with this one.
