M Shack

Went to M Shack on 8/2. Placed our order, asked to place an order "to go" I was told they don't do that, Place with my order they would bring it to the table then ask them to put it in a container to go (that was a first) Sat down in their tiny dining area, A woman and her kids sat at the table next to us no more than 6 inches from us, absolutely no privacy! Waited approximately 20 minutes when we notice people that ordered after us are being served. We ask "Could you check on our food?" Employee responds with a confused "Can I check on your food" He took our receipt walked away, came back and said we were the next meal out, as we watched other orders come out! It was two sandwiches! Finally the food comes, my friend ordered a loaded cheeseburger, cheeseburger served with nothing on it. I ordered a sausage burger, bit into it and it was not fully cooked. Took it to the bar where the Manager was standing, never acknowledged my friend. Bartender took care of it with a refund.
