Dick's Wings & Grill

We are sitting here right now the hostess got upset when I ask to sit somewhere else instead by a window where sun was shining through then our first Server WS Rude at this point I was going to walk out then the last server we had last time we were showed up She was very professional and I decided to stay But I still can hear the first unprofessional Sever talking about us and someone ask her if she needed a Manager she said no But I need a Manager to tell him or her how we were treated But just to let you know the Second Sever is Amazing Server so thats why we are staying

Food was underwhelming. Burger boring and over cooked. Fries bland. Maybe they will improve once competition moves into the Town Center. Won't be back.

Tried this place 3 times and simply won't go back. The food is just bad. Last visit, my wife had chicken tenders and they were not edible. My wings weren't much better. I really think the lack of dining options in the area is keeping this place going.

Service is absolutely horrible. Waitresses ignore you, food is good, but not great. Save yourself some time and just go next door to Publix for wings. They are a lot more friendly over there.

Tried to have dinner here a few times because I live so close. Each time gets worse, tonight was my final straw. Burger sliders came out with inedible, the bun was so hard and old, I will never get rid of that taste, one bite it came out. The chicken tenders was covered in sauce, it was like think soup and good luck digging to find the chicken tenders! Sent food back, what they call a manager came over, walking to the table, he was walking twisting his hat and going the B-Rad walk. He was acting like a total, never mind! He brought the food back to my table and asked me " so what's wrong with it? Uhh, I'm thinking excuse me! When I showed him what was wrong with it and the chicken tenders, he says, yeah, that's not right, I'm gonna tell da kitchen.

This place is horrible, needs to be moved to the westside of Jacksonville!

I want to support this establishment because I know the owner. But after four visits of poor service and very bad food, it's inexcusable. Food for a family of four had never come out sooner than 30 minutes, and some are served at the table before others. Orders are incomplete or wrong. The burgers are inedible. And the tables were dirty. Really wish I could provide a positive review but it has not improved over time.

Food is great, service is great because I work there & I am awesome.
