there are no words to describe the staff and office personnel but here I go, my name is Diana and I had an appt. but when I walked in I was completely floored at how rude the front clerk was after I said good morning she never responded instead she asked do you have an appt. and write your name down in such a nasty tone. while there I watched in horror as she dealt with three other patients that happen to be elderly in a horrible disrespectful manner. At that point I had enough and walked over to let her know I was canceling my appt.. to whom it may concern this office and the call center that makes the appointments really need a big change and a lesson in manners. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS OR ANY OTHER OFFICE AFILIATED WITH THIS ONE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
