Jay is professional, courteous and always gives me good advice regarding the up-keep and maintenance of my Honda Civic. So, if you're planning a trip to Classic, please ask for Jay Banks. You won't be disappointed.

Maribel franco has always waited on us. She is really an expert in service as well as service related issues. Sha always go out of her way to try to accommodate our needs and schedule to the job on hand. Classic Honda has a great asset wit people like her.
Alex Zapata was great- super helpful without being pushy. He really listened to my concerns and needs, then assisted me with finding the right vehicle! Michael Marcinowski as the Finance person was also incredibly helpful with discussing options! Super service, glad I decided to stay with Honda, and this dealership!

Provided by SuperpagesI brought my vehicle in for a recall, the tech that worked on it scratched everything and broke a lot of snaps. They gave it to me back in scratched and poorly put together. I saw it, took some pictures and immediately notified the advisor. She was nice but did not help out as much as I would of expected. They only fixed the problems they caused and no compensation for the week and a half they had my vehicle and the time I had to take off to drive over there 8 times. Plus, when I got the car back there were still alarms and sensors going off of it. Making me wait even been longer. They supposedly gave me a detailing gold package but my little niece could of done a better job at cleaning my car. And they gave me a small civic to drive in. Worst experience I've ever have with a car dealership.
My first experience with Classic Honda was a good one. It was convenient to schedule a service appointment online. The service manager, Jay Banks, was professional and knowledgeable. My service was punctual and efficient. Any questions I had were answered. I will continue having my car serviced there.
Gary Bowen was wonderful to work with at Classic Honda. He quickly responded to my email request for information and scheduled a convenient time to meet. The vehicle I was interested in online was no longer available, but Gary showed me an alternative with the same options and a better price. The process was easy and fast. Thanks also to Clem for a great deal on my trade and Michael in Finance. Great experience!

Provided by SuperpagesThis is the second vehicle I purchased through Mo Almbaied. Both times he did a GREAT job...anything and everything I asked for he was able to get done with quickness and professionalism. If you are shopping he WILL in fact get you the best price with the best customer service possible...a combination that is very hard to beat. With the purchase of both vehicles, the 1st one, our local Honda dealer kept me waiting for almost a month while holding onto $5,000 of my money. Needless to say, I reached out to Mo and he had me the vehicle in a day or two so I drove over an hour to work with him. Same distance this time around and he beat the local Honda dealer by over $2,000 in price...like I said, check with Mo Almbaied first and he will go above and beyond to minimize issues and will give you the best service possible.

My Service Advisor Joshua Swiernik from the moment I walked in was helpful and ready to help me. My questions were answered thoroughly and I felt like my car was in good hands . I felt like my time was valued. Definitely will make an appointment with him next time I need service done.

Provided by SuperpagesI had the pleasure of taking my Honda Accord in for service at classic Honda. My service advisor ( Fernando Nunez) really went beyond a call of duty, and made my overall experience there worth while.
I selected Classic Honda for routine service on my CRV (first time since moving to Orlando) since it was on the way to work. Fernando Nunez not only did an excellent job of advising me on what was needed and keeping me updated on the progress, but also pointed out a problem that another Honda Service department was previously unable to diagnose.
