        Tows R Russ has been in the City of Orange since 1978 and is the oldest towing company in Orange. We are an Official Police Towing Co. and we currently tow for four law enforcement agencies. We specialize in towing illegally parked and abandoned vehicles and serve the Orange County area. Our professionally trained and certified drivers will provide services including vehicle lockouts, jumpstarts, tire changes, fuel, private property impounds and much more. Our dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we never use an answering service. We are centrally located in Orange County. We look forward to doing business with you.         Russ towed my car and damaged it. He refused to do anything about it and told me to take him to court. Do not use his tow service if you care about your vehicle.
