I hired Orlando E. Gomez a pavement project in backyard and also to build a retaining wall, he never meet his deadline. He was hard to get a hold of and when he did show up to work he will come in at 10pm and leave at 1:30 -2pm. He told me to that he was going to get a permit at the city never did, I had did to get it myself. When he did finish the project a month after, there were finishing touches he said he was going to come back and do never came back I had did to do it myself, because he wouldn't answer my calls when I was trying to reach him. He said he will give you deal but he really doesn't, I suggest to go with somebody else, Orlando E. Gomez is a horrible contractor.
