Meer Capital Partners, LLC is the successor Company to a number of single purpose corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies engaged in the development, acquisition, rehabilitation and/or repositioning of multi-family real estate communities and other commercial properties. Meer Capital Partners maintains headquarters in Newport Beach, California and pursues opportunities primarily in California, Nevada and Arizona. The Company looks for markets where the existing labor base is adequate to meet the current needs of the market, but where significant job growth is anticipated within the near term. These emerging markets represent excellent opportunities Meer Capital Partners to develop quality housing for the labor, which will naturally be attracted to the local market ; therein, meeting the growing demand to fill future jobs as they are created. This growth in labor also converts to additional demand for industrial, office and retail space to house the new businesses, which move into the area to meet the needs of the additional population.
