        Ruiz has been plowing my complex's driveway and parking area since 2013. Last season, they tore up our back and side yards and never bothered to fix them. Not only did I have to ask them to be careful when they plowed, I had to specifically ask them to plow the driveway apron when they plowed the driveway.

        This season, when we got slammed with our biggest snowstorm of the year, they didn't bother to show up at all, claiming they didn't have a signed contract with us (we never got a contract to sign). In my opinion, they were upset because last year's work was sub-par and we called 'em out on it. Very disappointing.
