Tree Climbers

Don't user this guy. I've used him for over 5 years spent thousands of dollars with them and gave Ruben Guerra many referrals to family and friends. However, after I recently requested service with him which took three weeks to even get him to give me the estimate I still have yet to receive a proper time frame or even a response from this joker. We started the process in late June of 2012 and as of end of August 2012 still have not received any response or work from this guy. We keep getting one email after another that something has happened or his equipment has broken down. We've had to make all the contact with this joker and still he can't be man enough to return a call. He hides behind his email and never answers the phone. I'm pissed that he cannot show loyal customers the time or day and only responses when you call and email him several time over and over. If you don't want the work say so so people can find a better place of service than leading them on and never doing the work that YOU purposed to them. At one time we considered this company superior to all others, but now I see his true colors. Last time we used him they put a hole in our shed, but since we have done tons of work with him we never filed a claim against his bond or insurance to keep the peace. We should have now that I look back. DO NOT USE THIS JOKER, RUBEN GUERRA. Excuses, excuses, excuses. LAME if you ask me. Be a man and do the work that you say you will do without giving people the run around.

This company was quick to respond. Rates were quite reasonable. The service was exceptional. I had a piece of wood that my gate latches on to come off. I had it resting by the fence.Without saying a word , one of them went and got a hammer and fixed it for me. They did a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend them. My neighbor across the street also had a tree removed and were very pleased with the job.
