Acorn Tree Service

I hired Acorn Tree & Stump in Little Rock Arkansas to remove storm damaged trees from my back yard on 6/30/2011. The largest tree was uprooted. Paul, the owner quoted me for removing the trees and grinding down the large stump to fill the hole. The first truck entered the back yard fine. I was in the kitchen when I heard someone yell out STOP! Hold On! I glanced out the window and seen that they had hit my corner fence post breaking it at the base. The truck then proceeded to run over my chain link gate twisting it beyond repair. After 3 hours they completed the job. Paul came to the door to collect. He told me he was able to remove the stump as well, which needless to say left a huge hole in my yard. He charged me full price, even though he did not grind the stump as promised. When he requested his payment, I asked about the fence. He replied, "What about the fence?" I said, "You guys ran over my fence and gate." He then replied, "I didn't run over S**T." So now I am out the full quoted price, plus a hole in the yard, and a fence and gate to repair. Paul denied all responsibility for the damage. If this is the type of service you want from a company, feel free to use them. I will be using someone different in the future.
