Bodyworks Massage

Sandra, I am sorry to hear that you are posting here instead of bringing this to my attention. I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with a situation that you were no part of. I spoke with my staff, and am aware of the circumstances that took place. I personally booked your daughters appointment, and was not given a telephone number or the groupon voucher code to secure the appointment with, which is why when your daughter was 30 minutes late, the appointment was cancelled. There does seem to be a break down in communication between groupon and their clients. Your daughter had an invalid address for our business. In the email communications between she and I, the address is listed at the bottom of each and every email that is sent from Bodyworks Massage. Regretfully, sometimes we do end calls with callers. The call with your daughter was terminated due to overuse of foul language. It is a firm company policy that no one at Bodyworks Massage is to be subjected to any type of inappropriate language or behavior. This goes for any client, not just your daughter. Regretfully, potential customer relations damage has been done. I understand your being upset and posting this out here. We take these comments, either good or bad very seriously. Unfortunately this matter was blown out of proportion before I ever became aware that this had been posted on the internet. I sincerely apologize, and hope that you and your daughter find a Massage Therapist that is amenable to your personality and needs. Jennifer Snelgrove
