        I am a new home owner and Certified septic had no problem explaining to me how a septic system works. Although they were only going to be 30mins late, they made sure to inform me of the delay which i appreciated. When they arrived the technicians worked quickly but effectively together to complete the job. They accept ALL major credit cards which is convenient. I will definitely be using them to pump out my septic tank every 2 years as suggested.

        These guys were great. They showed up on time and located the tank. They completed the job with no problems and advised me of some additional minor maintenance issues that they addressed. They were prompt, courteous and professional.
