        These people are incompetent. They told me that they don't take my insurance when my wife was there last week and they accepted. They are also listed on my providers list

        Sub-par customer service. Tried calling to simply check to see if my glasses had come in and was left on hold for 10 mins before I hung up. When I called back, I was put on hold AGAIN for almost 20 mins. When I called a third time, I finally got this gentlemen to tell me, rudely, they were not in and to check back in 3 weeks. Very disappointed after I was recommended here.
