Kid's Station

I take my kids there every weekend we have so much fun also the cheapest place in town for all the fun activities the kids get to do

My 4 yr olds birthday party. 12/30/17.....If a child does not play then they should not have to pay. It should not matter if a child is under 15. If they dont they play they shouldnt be charged. I had two arrive with me(age 13) that had no intentions on playing. One went ahead and played since I was being charged. The other never took her shoes off. I have four who arrived twenty minutes before the party was over and never played but yet I was charged. They were not participating in the party but was still charged, two of whom didn't even where socks to even play. The hostess was inattentive, I barely even saw her. Had a spill in my room and myself plus another guest told the hostess. Never even got a wet floor sign. The pizza was a lil burnt....She just said oh the concession is about to close. Brought the tokens for the extra guest FIVE MINUTES before the party ended...The lady that gave my child her shirt, I asked was there a pink one because the lady who checked me out mentioned it. She didn't bother to go look. She turned around started to go check then turned around and said I dont think so. The lady who checked me out kept mumbling under her breath and rolled her eyes at me....Very unprofessional and I will not be having any more parties here. I felt unwelcomed and un wanted from the moment I asked why was are they being charged if they were just sitting, not playing, not partying, just sitting....Oh and one of the kids(age 13) that came twenty minutes b4 the party was over was just with her mom to pick up her moms other kids(SMH, BUT I STILL GOT CHARGED)

Dirty!! Needs a good cleaning and lockers for your purse. Also friendlier staff. Also updated look, decor and play equipment needed. But for hot days to let kids play- it will do. Just bathe the afterwards to get rid of germs

The only thing I did not like was some of the games took quarters instead of tokens. We loved playing there today. The staff was very nice.

Dear Kids Station,



With a heavy heart, I am writing this letter to you as a final resort. This letter is regarding a complaint against one of our employees named Ashlyn, I believe. I came up their a few days with two of my step-sons for a day of entertainment for them as their dad was out on a business trip. Everything went great till, I asked one of your employees for her aid in trying to find my other step-son, but was told she couldn't help as she was busy in a blunt attuide. Before I could say anything else she was gone and I had to fend for myself trying to locate my step-son, finally found him thankfully. But I think this is very un-mannerable of her, espically with someone who works with kids on a daily basis. Thank you, Kimberly.

I arrived around 6 because they just announced their summer hours were until 7PM. The lady did not greet me and told me that they had already counted their tils for the day. My child was so disappointed.
