        Overall

        The selection & pricing are good, but don't expect to be treated very well over the phone. I just called to check on if a pair of glasses had come in & honestly, I've had scammers who were nicer than the receptionist who answered my call. The woman was beyond RUDE! Absolutely NO customer relations skills whatsoever. But if you need a good selection of frames at a reasonable price it's a great place to go. In the past I have definitely been treated better, so maybe it's just this one person. IDK, just a head's up.
