I honestly cannot think how to describe my experience with Lakewood. Technically, I have not had the chance to have an actual massage. I signed up to have a discounted massage as a gift to my mom and incentive to come visit me at college. I tried to set up some times to do the massage, but when my mom couldn't make them and we were pushing the deadline the Lakewood secretary (who said she owned the place) told me they would not give us the massage I ordered. I told her that it was a gift and that (as a college student) I could not afford to pay large amounts of money for nothing. She explained that my mom was not the kind of customer they were looking for anyway, so it didn't matter that I wouldn't get what I paid for. RUDE RUDE service here. I would never recommend anyone to go there, nor would I ever try to work with a company so blatently rude.

Exhale is now the only place I will go and the only place I will refer my family and friends to visit. My husband and I can't pick just one person (not sure how to masseus or the person that massages you!) :) because we love them all! I recommend them for all their services, be ready to walk in and relaxed immediately!!!
