        Married 46+ years, Pastors Norman & Sandra Howell have had a diverse and impactful ministry on three continents with a major focus on Latin America as well as the United States. In 1983 they founded the Laredo Church of the Crossroads with the idea of seeing a duplication of their efforts through team ministry on a greater scale. They have a great love for South Texas and the border region. They minister from the heart and yet offer stability and vision for all generations.

        I am blessed to serve at a church with some of the most awesome Fun loving , God loving, Life loving people.Very diverse age groups and mix of cultures. You will feel welcome even if your new to Laredo.
