When we put in an offer on our home in the Lancaster, CA area we already had a pre-approval but the seller's realtor wanted us to be preapproved with a local lender as well and choose Joseph. I was skeptical at first considering it a waste of time, but quickly found out that not only were we quickly approved through his office as well, but that the rate he was able to get for us was better than the company we had originally chosen and that the original company couldn't match it though we had a relationship with that bank for over 20 years. We had a few hiccups along with way with the home not appraising as expected (not Joseph's fault) which almost resulted in the deal falling through, but Joseph was able to save the deal with some creative options I doubt any other lender would have taken the extra time to explore. Highly recommend.
