We were at a dealership in Bristol, TN and called Bee at 6:00 PM. Bee told us everything we wanted to know about the car and it was exactly what were looking for. He would wait for us and he did. We drove straight there and was very pleased with everyone at the dealership. When we got ready to leave we noticed one of the headlights was out. Bee has been Great to have followed up every week to make sure it was repaired and it was.

Appointments were on schedule, facility in excellent condition, staff courteous and knowledgable. Final walk around of the car was disappointing in that there were smudges all over the car, and what appeared to be a scratch on the trunk. The "scratch" - about 1/16" wide by 1" long - looked like a light grayish green primer, and was removed using "Nu-Finish" cleaner wax upon arrival home. Lance Cunningham called minutes after I left the dealership to express his concern, and offer to correct the situation.

Provided by SuperpagesOne word to describe the experience at LC Ford is fantastic. I had been truck shopping for a very specific vehicle all over town for several months. Throughout this time, John B was the only salesman from any of the dealerships I had contact with that stayed in touch with me on an almost weekly basis. He knew exactly what I was looking for, and when something fit the bill he would call me and let me know so I could come look at it. I never received calls about anything other than exactly what I was looking for and for that I am grateful. When it was time to purchase a vehicle John B worked quickly to get everything ready, was no nonsense about the process. Once we got to agreeable terms, Nathan handled the finance aspect quickly and efficiently. Was very accommodating in the process due to a hiccup on my end, nothing on his part. When the time comes for a new vehicle for my wife, or myself, LC Ford will be my first stop. No question about that.

We are a return customer having previously purchased a 2010 F150. This is our second purchase and will plan to continue using this dealership. The sales and service department staff are excellent.

I was treated very well from the start. I thought that the vehicle that I chose was not in my price range but after talking to the sales manager we came to a compromise and I bought the vehicle. The only negative part of the transaction was the shadowmark registration that was kind of put in without explanation. In fairness I did sign the form, but had I read it I probably would have declined the contract. I have never been treated better by any car dealer.

Lance cunningham seems to be the only dealer in the knoxville are that i can ever make a deal with. always the best trade in values and do their best to make a deal that i am satisfied with. i have delt with preston williams exclusively for a number of years and he truely treats me like a friend instead of just a customer. this makes my fourth vehicle purchase with preston and lance cunningham, ill never buy from another dealer again, ive given them all a chance some numerous, and lance beats them everytime.

At this point I dont believe my wife and I would deal woth anyone else. I also would like to thank Travis in financing. This is the second time he had something really important to deal with at home and yet he remained at the dealership to help us quickly complete our transactions.

Provided by SuperpagesEverything was great until I got the truck home. When I started cleaning the inside (which smelled like cigerate smoke as to why I was cleaning it) tan dye started coming off of the seats, dash, carpet, headliner and anything else that had stains or scratchs that needed to be hidden. I knew the truck was used, but to try and hide stuff with dye instead of just cleaning it is bush league at best!
