        Knowledgeable, friendly, ready to assist. When I got my hearing aids I couldn't afford new ones so I was given an option to buy refurbished ones. When I got them I saw that there was a care booklet in the bag. When I got home it wasn't there. I was told it wasn't important. It is important as I had to learn some things as I went along.
