Michael Fialho, M.D., is board-certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine. With over 25 years of experience, Dr. Fialho leads the medical team at Conviva Care Center Gateway with a focus on medical excellence and compassionate care. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida, and received a Golden Apple Teaching Award for teaching excellence during his residency. Dr. Fialho earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia where he was awarded a Joseph Collins Academic Scholarship and a McClellan Academic Scholarship for academic achievement and teaching excellence. Dr. Fialho’s interests include aviation and military history. He is married has three sons.
