They do not deserve any stars!!! BEWARE.... YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR DUE DATE.... Not even one time! Here is copy of my conversation with their customer service agent.

Unfortunately the way our system is set up is that we are unable to change the due date on your payment... but we do provide you with a grace period to make that payment without a penalty...

Seriously? the grace period is 10 days..... I can not pay until mid month to the 20th. Are you telling me that I will alway be late and go through my policy being "cancelled" then "re-instated" with payment because you are unable to change the due date? I have NEVER been told by other accounts that the due date can not be moved to avoid cancellation. It's not like I have ever asked for the due to be moved before.

They will advise you of the same thing I have...

How many times do you have to tell customers this information? If your system does not allow for a 1 time due date change.... than your system sucks!

We tell them when they ask for the change to happen and we do advise our insured about the grace period, unfortunately i do apologize that you feel that way, but that is how our system is set up...
