We are an inter-denominational ministry located in Hampton, Virginia placing chaplains and volunteers in 22 Correctional Facilities in S.E. Virginia. God has blessed SCM for more than 30 years with men and women who respond to the call of God to work with the incarcerated. Our Mission is to "Set the captives spiritually free through the Gospel of Jesus Christ". We are incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a non-profit, faith based organization.
