THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY A MEAN MAN WHO IS A JERK. We asked him to sign so we could refinance our home and pay off his loan and he refused us and the loan officer. His refusal has costs us thousands of dollars in finance charges. We were suppose to have a fixed rate on our loan with him and it ended up not being fixed which has been very expensive to us. He was rude and nasty to us and to our loan officer when we tried to get him to sign so we could refinance so we could pay him off. I believe all the negative review I have read on him from my personal experience. BEWARE OF ANY DEALING WITH THE COMPANY...you will get screwed!

This company is absolutely terrible to its customers. As a previous employee, I have firsthand knowledge. These people work alongside Allgood Construction Co., Inc. They are complete crooks! They require that all homeowners are present when they come out for an estimate so that they can pressure you into making your decision right then. They finance by a second mortgage on your home, which is never disclosed before hand. They treat their employees terribly, they lie to people every single day. If you have an accent (Indian, Asian, Hispanic, etc.) then they will NOT come to your home to give you an estimate. Period. If they do schedule to come out for an estimate, they will almost always look up the tax information on your home to make sure that it's "worth their time". If it's not, they'll call and tell you that their representative's wife had a baby or that the rep has the flu. They say they'll call you back when another rep is in the area, but they won't. It's a disgusting company run by a man that does nothing but lie through his teeth. Their employees do not get holidays or vacation time, they're even asked to work on Christmas! If it snows or ices over & the roads are too dangerous to drive on, you better come in or you're fired. Terrible business practices. I wish I could give them negative stars!

Very unhappy with there customer service. I asked for there help by removing their lean on my house long enough to allow me to refinance my mortgage and they refused. They refused to do any thing to help. All these companies want is there money. I was told by a mortgage specialist that they could help if they wanted to they just wont. Poor business

I purchased siding, widows, shutters, storm door and gutters. At the initial visit with the rep, things were promised in the contract. These things changed throughout the process. Example: I was paying CASH for the product with the contract saying that nothing was due until 30 days after the completion and I am satisfied. A day before installation, I was told to have a certified check for half. I reluctantly agreed but did give them a check for MORE than half. The work took over 3 weeks to complete. On the final day, the person who was completing the windows said that the completion was C.O.D and he needed a check. He didn't even have the correct amount that I owed. Once again, the contract was changed. I refused to pay him. Someone called me from Allgood and said that I signed a change order for the payments, which I did not. I asked him to fax it to me to show me my signature. The never were able to show me where I signed anything other than the original contract. I told them to send me a corrected bill showing the amount I had already paid and when I am satisfied with the work, I will send them the balance. Maybe they only treat cash paying customers like this. I am happy with the final result but not happy with the way I was treated.

Awful service, bad price, rude workers that answer phones
