        Overall

        They showed up 8 hours after the promised time. They were contracted through time warner to install a new modem and the third time a time warner manager had to call their dispatch because they had not shown up the supervisor lied and told them that they had knocked on the door (which if true was open since I was home) and gotten no response l!
