Just Insurance Brokers

I have absolutely nothing bad to say ! They have been my insurance agency for 2 years, always have given me great service and pretty decent prices. I always get a call before my renewal which I awesome because I never have to worry about forgetting and being without insurance.

Went to the Office in Hialeah, BEWARE!!! Don't get insurance from here, I got ripped off, and lied to... After I spoke to my insurance agent because after giving down payment for my truck, she then told me after a month , the down payment I gave was for something else... They try to have you get insurance with them, to then come later, with other charges... I have already paid them almost 20,000.00 with in 3 months of commercial insurance for 2 trucks... I'm working on a case against them... Whatever it takes to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else, not to mention when we showed up after she said she told me something, then denied saying that, she could tell that we were not happy with the last conversation..we got there 30 minutes later, to find our agent Dixi Ferrer plotting on us, with 2 other associates, I guess they where trying to get there numbers straight to keep screwing us...
