went to get glasses, after paying quite a bit they did not translate my Dr.s [prescription correctly. The nurse at my Drs office called and the gal who I worked with at Harvard was rude again as she was to me. When I went to take them back she indicated it was my doctors fault, told me on the phone there be 25 dollar charge to put line bifocals in them and then changed the price to 45 when I dropped them off. I feel like this is a used car sales place. So inefficient and rude.

Not very friendly at all.
