        Overall

        GIPPED by their pump. It said 5.78 gallons & I only got 4. So I got about 2/3 of what I paid for & I can barely feed myself right now, so $4.30 means a lot.

        I told the gas station attendant & he said he couldn't do anything, that I'd have to come back when the manager was there.

        I wonder if there're any regulations, or routine inspections, of the volumeters of gas station pumps.
