Cutler Bay Animal Clinic

I took KOKO there for the 1st time yesterday with an ear infection and I was very pleased with Dr. Diaz and all of her staff. They are all very friendly and nice. I found a vet I and KOKO like! Yeeppee!!!!!!!

Well, just when you thought you could find a vet you could rely on, trust, and one that wouldn't charge you through the nose for every little thing, turns out, you CAN'T find one! My other vet was overcharging me for all kinds of things so I sought out Cutler Bay Animal Clinic. They have a health plan that make sense. But God forbid you should find out that the OVER CHARGE for almost everything. And then, after spending about $1,000 in only 6 months, they can't even appease you with a lousy $20 credit.

NEVER AGAIN!!!

I took my first pet, a yorkie, to this clinic and I have never had a problem with them. The doctors are extremely honest and helpful, they recommend you products that they believe will help your pet but do not insist that it is needed unless it is. When I first went my yorkie had earmites straight from where I bought him, they immediately went to work, gave me the medicine and the instructions, and the earmites faded away. My yorkie had all his services done at this clinic and the grooming is excellent. My pet died after getting hit by a car but I have a new pet and thats where I take him as well. My new dog came with an infection from the shelter and they gave me the medicine too. I recommended this clinic to my boyfriend after a bad experience he had with his vet. He now takes his pet only to this clinic and his dog gets groomed here too. The staff is very friendly and patient. I totally recommend it.

I have bad experience in this place. A man that works there hardly speaks English and if I ask him questions, he let's his assistant answer just because of that reason. It's so annoying. Then I had my dog neuteured, the $55 coupon was not even helpful. Of course the anesthesia and medicine are not included and all the extra things they did to my puppy and I paid $200 for everything!! I paid $$150 up front then they said they had to do all this extra things for him and charged 50 more dollars! I'm not happy about it!

prompt service and a very attentive staff to my specific needs...dropped off my corgi for his spa day (grooming) picked him up shortly after with the cutest bandana. Will def bring him back next month for another visit with the groomer :)

from the moment i walked into the clinic the staff smiled and welcomed my beautiful puppy with hugs and kisses. they offered us a plan for my puppies vaccines for a whole year and told us the positives, negatives, and the cost vs not having the plan

as well as other benefits that were included with the plan.

they have a great team on staff, the clinic looked and smelled clean and i cant wait for my pup to get all of her vaccines so she can go run around the dog park :)

I was absolutely appalled by the customer service at this clinic. I went in to inquire about having my 5 month old puppy spayed. Upon my arrival the girl working the front desk was literally screaming at a customer over the phone. "What is wrong with your dog, speak up, if you can't tell me what your problem is I will not help you!!!" She then handed the phone to another employee and said "deal with this person, I've had enough of them!" Finally she asked what she could do for me, but before I could even ask a question she tells me her fiance just broke up with her and she's had enough of the idiots on the phone. I told her I wanted info on having my chihuahua spayed. She asked if the dog had it's rabies vac's yet and I replied no. She's only 5 months and I was told by the Humane Society that I should wait until she was 6 months. The girl rolled her eyes, sighed and said "How stupid, it should've been done at 4 months." Regardless of her opinion, her customer service skills were beyond horrid and her attitude was simply offensive. I told her thanks, but no thanks, and that her crabby attitude just cost the clinic a new customer. I would never leave my pet in the care of this clinic, simply shameful.

If you are shopping around they tell a price threw the phone and then once your there they throw in extra fees. They lack in knowledge and beware they tell you that the surgery cost $800. you pay and after they are done they charge you more. You better go there with knowledge or they will take advantage of you.

Cutler Bay Animal Clinic is amazing, it's always clean, smells fresh, and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. I took my Sapphire, my husky to her appointment three months after her last one and the second we entered the door they remembered my name and my dogs. The staff is very helpful and nice and give the animals lots of care and attention.



I highly recommend Cutler Bay Animal Clinic to anyone who needs a vet, or is looking for animal care. They go the extra mile for you animal companions.
