O'Hannah's Hair Studios

The experience was a very good one. I called at the last min. She got me in and out. Very informative and health conscious. Asked questions about my health and what I wanted done. I’m so thankful for her to make this day very special. My hair is fabulous!

My visit at O'Hannah's Hair Studios was very unpleasant. She is very unprofessional individual. I have always tried to support black businesses but her unprofessionalism is the reason why a lot of us blacks don't want to support our own people. First off my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 a.m. I didn't get out of the shop until 5:00 p.m. She left to get lunch and run errands and she actually thought that was okay. Prior to the appointment I was required to pay for the services online through styleseat.com. After the service was complete I was emailed a receipt for services I didn't receive or authorize. She used my card information to overcharge me.

Meagan i disagree with you because i have read every review on every social media page concerning this business and could not find a thing you said as true. Maybe you have ought of maybe its personal; i dont know but after reading your review i prayed about it and scheduled a last minute appointment with OHannahs. She accomaodated me at the last minute which ran into her lunch period and she worked me in straight through it. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. My hair was totally transformed and i love this lady. I couldnt imagine you sitting in the same salon im sitting in for 7 hours. No one has been here more than a reseasonable and respectful time. Us consumers read reviews and its unfortunate that you are the only one that had to wait 7 hours. Maybe you forgot to tell us everything that happened to delay your service and why she would have left to go eat and run errands. It could have been that you were late, received an extensive service that took longer than the time allowed or you may be sabatoging her businesses for personal reasons. Either way, she has been more than accomodating and professional and i will be more than happy to refer as many others that is looking for a satisfaction guaranteed salon to visit.

Just what Covington needed! Someone who doesn't make you wait all day! Great at her craft! Knowledgable about hair & affordable. Now I no longer have to drive out of the area & wait 4 hours. Overall Friendly environment & convenient! Way to go O'hannahs. I'll be back
